Pricing System

This is our general price list. (For any special work or specific jobs we may charge accordingly)

Normal hourly rate - 50.00 Euros

Students' hourly rate - 30.00 Euros

Call-out charge for outside city centres - 50.00 Euros. (This may vary. Please email or call for confirmation). 20% discount for students

Call-out charge for within historical city centres - 70.00 Euros. (This is to cover the city tax, parking fees etc.This may vary. Please email or call for confirmation). 20% discount for students.

Emergency Rate

'Emergency' rate - 50.00 Euros
(In busy periods we push you to the front of the queue)
Special turn around time of 24 - 48 hours. 
(Usual turn around time is 2 - 4  days)

 

Our over-the- phone assistance is charged at 10.00 Euros per 30 minute conversation. Please note this charge is not automatically billed to your phone company, but to yourself at the end of the conversation.

Our Contracts

With all contracts there is a set call-out charge remaining at 50.00 Euros for every visit, depending on location.

1 year contract - 1 machine - 29.00 Euros per month

1 year contract - 2 machines - 57.00 Euros per month

1 year contract - 3 machines  - 75.00 Euros per month

      

1 year contract - 4 machines - 110.00 Euros per month
1 year contract up to 10 machines - 250.00 Euros per month (Office use generally)

  

 
1 year contract up to 20 machines - 500.00 Euros per month (Office Use)

All contracts include:

 
- software to the value of at least 500 Euros
- anti-virus software, (managed by us)
- firewall system monitoring
- the capability to log into your machine off-site and make any repairs or adjustments needed. 24/7/365
 
 
Contracts also include unlimited phone and e-mail assistance 24/7/365, and no hourly charge - no matter how long the job takes!
